Book with Beat the Brochure and if you find a cheaper deal elsewhere, just let us know — we’ll cheerfully refund the difference.
If you’ve booked with us and then find a cheaper holiday elsewhere, just follow these steps:
1. First, please check that you have a confirmed booking with Beat the Brochure, made within the last 24 hours.
2. The cheaper holiday should be offered by an ATOL, TTA or ABTA travel website, like Beat the Brochure. (This ensures your safety when booking holidays.)
3. The holiday must be available to the general public for immediate booking. (We’re sorry, but we can’t include membership or group discounts, or cashback offers.)
4. The holiday should obviously be identical to your complete booking with Beat the Brochure. So please make sure that the flights, room type and board basis are the same, and that extras like baggage and credit card charges are included. (We’ll want to quickly doublecheck on their website that the lower price is available for immediate booking.)
5. If this is all OK, the lead passenger should call us on 0845 241 7691 or email pricematch@beatthebrochure.com within 24 hours of making the booking. We’ll need to know your booking reference (you can find it in the confirmation email), plus the website address of the company offering the cheaper holiday.
6. We’ll then validate your claim within 7 days and refund the difference within 30 days.
