The Ambasciatori Palace Hotel is situated in the centre of the business and tourist district, on the Via Veneto, the fashionable place to be seen during the the 1950s and 1960s. Many celebrities, royalty, actors, actresses and film stars, the rich and the famous, could be spotted in this street. Via Venetto is lined with numerous cafes, restaurants, luxury hotels and shops.

The rooms are large and in exceptional condition. The newest rooms are on the 6th floor. Most are decorated with traditional furniture and dark wood parquet flooring. Top floor rooms have a balcony. The bathrooms are good and are marbled with jacuzzis on the 6th floor.
Restaurant
The breakfast room and restaurant are located on the 1st floor of the hotel. There is a grill/ bar and a terrace restaurant used in the summer months and a piano bar.
Exterior
This is an impressive, 6 storey traditional building, dating from 1903. It has an attractive columned and curved facade.
Lobby
The lobby and public areas, are spacious and formal, decorated with arches and ornate plaster work, and an impressive central staircase. There is also a bar leading off from the lobby.
