A public Internet terminal and laundry services are also on offer. Car parking spaces are available in the opera house's public car park at an additional fee and are located opposite the hotel.

This hotel is extremely well located in the historical Madrid of the Austrias, were you can find the Opera House, the Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol, the picturesque Rastro flea market every Sunday as well as Gran Via the main avenue in Madrid with its many shops, restaurants and cinemas.

Rooms have been decorated in a classical style and are bright and fresh. While the bedspreads and curtains are beige toned, the wooden flooring are dark in tone.
