This luxury hotel was opened in 1906 and underwent renovations in 2003. A total of 133 rooms including 21 suites and 3 wheel-chair accessible rooms are on offer in this 7-storey hotel. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and a lift. In addition, there are shops, a hairdresser's salon, a newspaper stand, a café, a bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. A public Internet terminal with WLAN and conference room may be taken advantage of by business guests. The room and laundry services as well as the car park (for an added fee) round off the facilities on offer.
Location
The hotel is located on Piccadilly next to Green Park and within a few minutes walking distance of Bond Street and the West End.

Restaurant
An elegant promenade leads from the lobby through to the bar area and the court, which is famous for afternoon tea and booked out for months in advance, to the magnificent restaurant. The restaurant features full length murals, pink marble and chandeliers. It leads on to a beautiful terrace, which overlooks green Park.
Exterior
It is an impressive traditional building dating back to 1906, featuring an arcade along it's front.
Lobby
The medium sized lobby is elegantly furnished and decorated in a pale colour scheme with a dark wood reception and concierge desk. A very unusual feature is the rotunda over the centre of the lobby.
