The hotel Atlantis is built upon a fantastic sandy beach only 2 km from the centre of Kos town and 25 km from the International Airport. A well-run hotel with friendly, attentive staff, the Atlantis offers a wonderful holiday haven. As well as comfortable, well-furnished accommodation, there are plenty of amenities available, including 2 large pools and a childrens pool to lounge by, good sports facilities and a fun programme of evening entertainment.
Accommodation
This modern A category hotel complex of 505 rooms is made up of a main building with hotel rooms, and a number of bungalows arranged around the gardens. In addition to bathroom, balcony, radio, telephone, etc, the hotel rooms in the main building have satellite TV, refrigerator and air-conditioning (usable from 15th June to 15th September). Renovations to the rooms have taken place recently. The hotel is built on 4 floors and has 3 lifts.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of American breakfast (07:00-09:30), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style with show cooking, served in the main restaurant (international cuisine). Theme nights (Greek, Italian, Chinese cuisine & Fish / Sea food dishes) are also available between 19:00 & 21:30 (upon reservation, one day in advance). During meals unlimited soft drinks, draught beer and house wine are offered. A variety of hot & cold snacks such as sandwiches, pizzas, pies, etc along with unlimited soft drinks & draught beer can be found at the pool/snack bar from 10:00-20:00 as well as ice cream in cones. Coffee & tea time with assortments of pastries, biscuits and cookies is from 17:00-18:00 at the pool/snack bar. AI drinks include local draught beer, local wine, ouzo, brandy, whisky, vodka, gin, rum, tequila (not shots) – all local brands & soft drinks and they are served at the main bar (19:00-24:00, last order at 23:00) and at the pool/snack bar (20:00-24:00, last order at 23:00).

Upon check in at reception guests will be provided with a special hypo-allergic bracelet that identifies them to the hotel staff as AI guests. The bracelet is strictly for the use of the client it was issued to and is not to be removed. Guests are kindly requested to display their bracelet when required. The Management reserves the right to remove a guest’s bracelet and exclude him / her from the privileges of the AI programme if they are found abusing their privileges.
