A three storey building of 140 accommodation units sharing in to ground, first and second floor with intercommunication of two elevators. Rooms are equipped with king size or twin bedded, coach for third person sharing the same room, individual air condition, heating, direct - dial phone, 21` inches satellite TV, TV music channel, hotel information channel, DVD – CD player, hairdryer, refrigerator, safe box (extra charge), electrical appliance for coffee / tea with daily supplementary, laundry- dry cleaning service (extra charge), modern bathroom with bath tub or shower cabin, bathrobes and slippers, full bath accessories and balcony or terrace.
All Inclusive Food
The AI programme consists of full American breakfast (07:30-10:00), Continental breakfast (10:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style with show cooking (Cretan & Mediterranean culinary), served in the main restaurant (with non-smoking section). Orange themes evenings are taking place twice per week. Self service snacks such as hot & cold appetizers, sandwiches, cheese pies, sausage rolls, pizza, hamburgers, French fries, etc are available between 10:30 & 17:30 at the main bar and the snack bar by the pool. Ice cream in cone is offered at the snack – pool bar from 10:30-17:30 and the main bar restaurant from 19:00-21:30.

During meals house wine (red & white), draught beer, cola, sprite, fanta, soda water, lemonade, mineral water, juices and iced tea are offered. Afternoon tea or coffee time with cake or biscuits is between 16:00-17:00 at the snack bar by the big pool. Both national & international drinks like house wine (red, white & rose), local draught beer, ouzo, brandy, raki, cola, sprite, fanta orange, fanta lemon (by the glass), juices, tea & filter coffee, Greek coffee, cappuccino, espresso, various international cocktails & long drinks, imported & local alcoholic spirits, vodka, gin, whiskey, rum, various aperitifs & liqueurs are served from 10:30-17:30 at the pool snack bar & from 18:00-24:00 at the lobby bar. Appliances for making coffee & tea refilled every day with filter coffee, tea, milk & sugar are also available.

Sport facilities at the hotel include water-polo, beach volleyball, boccia-French bowls, various tournaments, bingo, mini-foot, games, quizzes, one main active swimming pool (08:00-19:00), sun beds & umbrellas by the pool & at the beach, beach & pool towels against a refundable deposit, showers & changing cabins, billiards, ping-pong, darts, soft gym, aqua gym, syrtaki lessons, Greek lessons as well as barbeque once a week and daily & evening animation programme six times weekly. For children there is kids animation with mini disco, competitions, etc, videos with cartoons & kids films, pool (08:00-19:00 – accompanied by an adult), playground, mini-club (except on Sundays) as well as baby-chairs in the restaurant and cot upon request.
Chargeable Extras
Brand name, premium drinks & champagne and other not included spirits have a reduction of 30% on the bar price lists. Babysitting, telephone calls, tele-faxes, safety deposit boxes, DVD discs, late check-out (day uses after 12:00), laundry service, electronic games, billiards and water sports at the municipal beach are available at a charge.
All Inclusive General Info
Upon arrival each guests will get an antiallergenic wristband from the reception, which must be worn throughout the stay in order to enjoy the AI services. For guests who plan to be away the whole day, the hotel provides lunch baskets with light food, including cold sandwiches, fruits, cakes, juices and mineral water (instead of lunch or dinner). “In room AI” (upon arrival) includes local wine, fruit basket & flowers, bath robes, slippers, full bath accessories and refrigerator filled with mineral water & refreshments. Dress code applies in the restaurant during evening meals (no shorts, sleeveless T-shirts, etc).

Neptuno Beach Resort is located in Ammoudara, the most traditional tourist destination with the most famous and entertaining beach in Heraklion. In the center of Creta with just 6.20km from the center of the city and 11km from the Airport retains a rapid movement to the city and a soft transportation from the Airport. As a perfect combination of the city and resort permits to the visitors relaxing days on the 9km sandy beach or the pool and colorful nights in Heraklion port, in Ammoudara center or smooth experiences in the neighbor. Local bus station for transfer to Heraklion city and local funny train for the round of Ammoudara are at the hotels’ visitors disposal form the main road just 20 meters from the reception of the hotel.
