Accommodation
The hotel consists of two buildings. The main building has 76 newly refurbished rooms, 11 of which have land view only. Building B is recently constructed and has 24 rooms, all with balcony and sea view. In B, rooms have one double and two single beds and thus are suitable for families. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning at extra charge (except in family superior which is included in the room rate), a bathroom with tub or shower, telephone, satellite TV, fridge at a charge (free in family superiors), hairdryer, safe deposit box (at extra charge), one music programme and a private balcony or terrace with that amazing view. All rooms are renovated.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-09:30), lunch (13:00-14:30) and dinner (18:00-20:00 or 20:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals various AI drinks are offered. Snacks such as sandwiches, hotdogs and ice cream are available at the pool bar between 11:00 & 17:00. Coffee break with cakes & cookies is from 16:00-17:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, vodka, gin, whiskey, rum, liqueur, ouzo, brandy, raki, beer, wine, a cocktail of the day and a children’s cocktail (non-bottled) are available from 11:00-23:00 at the two pool bar and the main bar.

Sport facilities at the hotel include mini golf for children (located near building B) and table tennis. Sunbeds & umbrellas around the pool are also available free of charge (charged at the beach).
Facilities & Services
On the first floor of the main building is the reception, mini market, lobby (with a TV corner & fireplace), main bar, restaurant and a terrace overlooking the sea. The reception, bar and lobby area are air-conditioned. Each building has a snack bar, a fresh water pool suitable for children & adults and a terrace. A playground for children is located near the building B. The hotel also offers a games room and darts. The nearest sandy beach is located 300 m away from the hotel. Water-sports facilities are available at the Istro Beach (nearby).

Useful information on distances
The Mistral Hotel is situated on a hill at Kalo Chorio, 300 m from the well-known Golden beach, 500 m from the village of Istron, 10 km from the town of Agios Nikolaos and 75 km from the Heraklion Airport. There is a frequent bus connection to the towns of Agios Nikolaos and Ierapetra. The bus stop is located 300 metres away from the hotel.
