Accommodation
The resort consists of 310 accommodation units (bungalows, family bungalows and VIP suites with sharing or private pool)with sea view. The exceptional accommodation of Minos Imperial is due to the endless view over the Aegean Sea, the elegant décor and modern amenities. All bungalows include king size bed, marble bathroom (bath tub & separate shower), luxury toiletries, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning and heating unit, safety deposit box, satellite TV (28 or 32 inches), music channel, direct dial telephone, mini fridge, and spacious terraces or balconies. Exclusively in VIP rooms: DVD set and coffee/ tea makers. In addition bungalows and suites with direct access to a sharing or private pool as well as seafront bungalows located directly in front of the beach are there in order to welcome the most demanding visitors. Complimentary welcome for all guests includes bathroom amentities, wine, fruit and mineral water.
Food & Beverage
Minos Imperial is a paradise for food lovers. From casual to elegant, there is truly an experience to satisfy every want and a taste to overwhelm every desire. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the panoramic main restaurant, in generous buffet with both hot and cold dishes. Breakfast is served 07.00-10.00, late breakfast 10.00-11.00, lunch 12.30-14.30 and dinner 19.30-21.30. A second option exists for light bytes in the pool area between 12.00 and 14.00. Special theme nights such as Greek Night, Italian Night and Mediterranean Taste included in the main restaurant weekly. If the above are not enough, the choices are endless. The F&B team can recommend you to either participate in a traditional BBQ with live folklore band, or enjoy the very best the sea has to offer, in the Lobster Night, with the astonishing duet of a pianist and a singer. Some might rather want to be seduces by the sound of the waves and the stars as a cover over their table, while taking a candlelit dinner for two by the beach (with charge). A gourmet restaurant is also available for guests with high standards of expectations and also a Greek Classico Restaurant serves local traditional specialities. The executive chef and his team with their delicate plates of art will make your visit an unforgettable dinning experience.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:00), long sleepers continental breakfast (10:00-11:00), Sunday brunch buffet (11:00-12:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner from (19:00-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Three theme nights per week are also taking place; Mediterranean, Italian & Cretan BBQ with folklore dance. Two A la Carte restaurants are at the disposal of the AI guests for dinner between 19:30 & 21:30, with prior reservation (from 15/05-15/10); Luna D’ Oro gourmet restaurant (Mediterranean specialities, choice of lobster, fresh fish or meat - children under 14 yrs are not allowed), Royal Imperial restaurant (Greek traditional & oriental specialties). Children’s dinner is served in as separate section from 18:30-19:30 (parents are kindly requested to use this facility). A variety of snacks and ice cream are available around the pool between 12:00 & 14:30. Coffee time, finger snacks and children’s corner is from 12:00-17:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks as well as a choice of imported like liqueurs, snaps, ouzo, raki, cocktails, champagne, long drinks, beer, coffee, tea, juices and soft drinks are served at selected bars from 11:00-23:30.
Sports & Leisure
Entertainment and sport activities are performed both during the day and in the evening with the hotel’s animation. There are five large swimming pools (one with fresh water, four with salt water), two of them with Jacuzzi, one of which is heated and another featuring a waterfall massage. Daily variety of sports and activity programmes such as aerobics, aqua fit and body firming as well as competitions and games are taking place either at the beach or in the swimming pool and at night there are music and entertainment shows. In the resort, guests can find an aqua park. Place for adults and also specially designed for children. A mini club is also there to welcome guests (for 4-12 years old). At the shore, there are jet ski, banana, rings, canoeing, sea bicycle, water skiing and other water sport possibilities. Furthermore, there is a tennis court, basket court, beach volley, table tennis, billiard and darts. Last but not least the fitness & spa centre is the perfect places to work out or even relax while having a massage or taking your time in the hammam, sauna or the Jacuzzi.

Special for adults there are activities & sport games during the day & night, creative studio, language lessons, dancing courses and cooking lessons. For kids there is a mini club (4-10 yrs), youth club (10-14 yrs), childrens pool & aqua park, pool with slides (over 12 yrs), playground, special childrens programme, high chairs, baby cots, children’s menu, special meal times, short distance to beach, gently sloping beach.

The resort is located 45 km from Heraklion airport (HER) and within short distance of the main tourist centers of Crete: Agios Nikolaos 24 km, Malia 15 km and Hersonissos 24 km. Complimentary shuttle bus service to Milatos (1 km). Public bus stop in Malia, Hersonissos and Heraklion.
