The hotel has 52 hotel rooms, 15 rooms with kitchenette and three suites with kitchenette. All rooms are equipped with marbled private bathroom/shower, fridge, safe deposit box, hairdryer, satellite TV, individual A/C unit, fully computerised telephone system, balcony. They stretch over a four floor building of neo-classical architecture.

Food & Beverage

Within the hotel guests will find a Roof Garden, pool bar Oasis overlooking the city of Rethymnon, Fortezza, Municipal Gardens, the mountains surrounding Rethymnon and the sea. The main restaurant Nefeli offers breakfast and dinner buffet style and a variety of selected wines. The main bar Le Bistrot offers coffees, drinks and top class cocktails.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-09:45), lunch (12:30-13:30) and dinner (19:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. For up to 20 people, lunch is served as a choice of two set menus - a la carte (two courses menu, salad, dessert & fruit). During meals local wine, local draught beer and refreshments are offered. Tea & coffee time with ice cream is between 16:30 & 18:00 at the main bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like wine, draught beer, brandy, raki or ouzo and refreshments are served at all bars from 11:30-23:00.

All drinks, except the above described, are available on 50% discount at any time & department. With one day notice, AI guests can enjoy their AI in the sister hotel Joan Beach. Transfer from Joan Palace to Joan Beach by shuttle bus provided (except Sundays).
