The hotel has 107 standard rooms and one suite. The rooms are spacious, modern and tastefully furnished and have a balcony or terrace and sea views, a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV, music, direct dial telephone, refrigerator and safe deposit box (extra charge €1,5/day).
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-09:45), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant (Greek & international cuisine). Lunch basket is also available upon request. Hot snacks & ice creams are offered between 10:00 & 17:30 and cold snacks after 17:30, all at the snack bar. Various locally produced & international alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, mineral water, tea and coffee are served at the two hotel bars from 10:00-24:00.

Sports facilities at the hotel, available throughout the day, are table tennis and beach volleyball as well as Greek folklore evenings with live music. The Eva Bay organizes entertainment every week with live Greek music, traditional folklore dancing and modern Greek dancing.
