Sports & Games
The hotel was chosen as the Official Hotel for the 2004 Olympic Football Tournaments in Heraklion. Facilities within the hotel premises: A total of 4 pools: 1 indoor freshwater swimming pool, 2 additional swimming pools (including 1 with freshwater and 1 with seawater) and a seawater children’s swimming pool. Sports activities: basket, volley, tennis, darts, billiards, bridge, cards, mini-golf, water sports centre, PADI-approved Scuba Diving Centre and fully equipped Health, Beauty & Fitness Centre. Children are well looked after with a daily program with sports and activities, a playground, a kids’ pool, a mini club with a playroom and special kids menus. The Zoo & Greenhouses
A fascinating experience for nature lovers is the private zoo of the hotel, which is the largest in Greece, with animals and birds from all over the world. 3 greenhouses and several grounds inside and out are used for the production of organically grown, herbs, vegetables, fruits and flowers for the consuming needs of the hotel. Easter Specials
During Catholic (Christian) Easter we offer in all rooms chocolate eggs, traditional Greek sweet tsoureki and red eggs. For Greek orthodox Easter we offer in all rooms chocolate eggs, traditional Greek sweet tsoureki, red eggs as well as escort to church on Holy Friday and Holy Saturday with candles, and traditional folklore dancing by the pool on Holy Sunday noon with raki and ouzo complimentary for all clients.
Animation program
Animation program has already started with: gym, aqua aerobics, step aerobics, stretching, water polo by the pool, darts, chess tournaments, ping pong, tennis tournaments, Greek cooking lessons by the pool and children’s games.
