The hotel has 342 rooms, family rooms and family apartments housed in building complexes. The double bungalows all include following amenities: Air-conditioning 24 hours/day (mid-June to mid-September, minimum), colour satellite television with music channels, sofa-bed, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, direct dial telephone, internet access, refrigerator, safe (at extra charge), marble bathroom with bathtub and a furnished balcony or veranda. Rooms are split to double & family rooms and family apartments (1bedroom & 1sitting-room with two sofa beds) with sea or garden view. Upon Arrival an Aldemar bath kit is offered, while, in addition, to VIP guests wine, fruit basket, mineral water, a bouquet of flowers, bathrobe, slippers and beach towels are offered.
All Inclusive Food
The AI programme consists of Continental breakfast (07:00-07:30), American breakfast (07:30-10:00), lunch (12:45-14:30) and dinner (18:30-21:00, with Cretan corner), all buffet style with international & local cuisine and show cooking, served in the main restaurant Veranta (self service). Continental breakfast for late walkers can be taken at the snack bar Dionysos from 10:00-11:00). Theme buffet nights take place three times weekly. Also at the disposal of the AI guests are the kids restaurant Aldy’s (12:45-14:00 & 18:30-20:00), the tavern La Pergola (19:00-21:30) and the snack bar Dionyssos 10:00-18:00 & 22:00-24:00 for bistro line). AI guests can visit upon reservation the beach restaurant Thalassa once weekly, for Mediterranean lunch buffet & show cooking (13:00-15:00) and grill with Greek specialties in buffet style (19:00-21:30), both only between 20/05 & 30/09. Warm & cols snacks such as pizza, salads, pasta, toasts, hot dogs, sandwiches, French fries, fruit, etc are available between 11:00 & 17:00 at Dionyssos as well as late snacks like salads, pasta, pizza, vegetables, fruit and sweet from 22:00-24:00.

During lunch & dinner soft drinks, juices, local draught beer, normal water and local house wine are offered (all self service). Guests can have ice cream also at Dionyssos, where tea & coffee time (filter, espresso, cappuccino, nes, Greek) with sweets & biscuits takes place from 16:00-17:30. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks (and some international as well – no branded ones) like soft drinks, juices (not fresh ones), draught beer, normal water, wine, filter coffee, espresso, tea, Greek coffee, frappe, cappuccino, cocktails, long drinks, raki, ouzo, brandy, liqueurs, gin, vodka, rum, tequila and whiskey (except champagne) are served at Milos pool bar (21:00-24:00), Pelagos pool bar (10:30-17:30, plus ice cream, sandwiches, pizza and hot dogs), Fontana pool bar (Jun-Sep, 12:00-15:00, plus sandwiches, pizza and hot dogs), Panorama main bar (18:00-01:00) and at Arion disco (23:00-01:30, 20/05-01/10, three days weekly). Please note that drinks are available according to each outlets opening hours and AI menus.

The Cretan Village offers a meeting room with a capacity of 80 pax. Conference facilities are also available at the neighbouring Aldemar Knossos Royal Village Conference Centre with a capacity of 900 pax. Aldemar Hotels also owns one additional hotel unit (Royal Mare Village) adjacent to the premises of Knossos Royal Village and Cretan Village, capable of catering small meetings of up to 80 people.

Please keep in mind that some of the above mentioned departments may operate periodically, depending also on the weather conditions. There is a non-smoking section in the restaurant. Formal dress required in all restaurants during evening meals (no shorts, sleeveless, T-shirts, etc) as well as in the main restaurant during lunch (no swimming suits). Wearing the AI-bracelet is obligatory in order guests to be served. When lost, it must be reported at the reception immediately. The replacement of it is against charge.
