Beat the Brochure Kissimmee villas and apartments offer great access to all the popular Orlando attractions. All have private pools, are attractively furnished and fully equipped for your comfort and convenience (bed linen and towels supplied). All kitchens include a dishwasher and washer/dryer, then there’s the cable TV, telephone, and at least two bathrooms.
Disney Area Villas – Florida
Set in quiet well-kept residential areas all these homes are individual in their specifications. However, all the homes have standard features that include: private swimming pool with covered and screened patio, designed to let the sun’s rays in and keep the bugs out! Air conditioning, at least one TV, a fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, and dishwasher of course! Then there’s a coffee-maker, washing machine and tumble dryer.
These three, four, five and six bedroom homes have a master bedroom with double or queen bed, bathroom; with shower and w/c. Additional bedrooms have twin beds or double beds. Our homes are within 20 to 25 minutes of drive of Walt Disney World.
Disney Area Executive Villas – Florida
The homes have either three, four, five or six bedrooms or at least two full bathrooms, one en suite to the master bedroom. Each home is fully equipped and features a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all glassware, crockery, all linens and towels. You can get extra towels and linen on arrival for an extra charge if you want. The homes are either one or two storey and you can request which you would prefer when you speak to us.
Each has a minimum of one lounge and living area with the larger homes having two lounge areas. Within the lounge is a colour cable TV, with a DVD or video player and there’s one other TV in the master bedroom, just in case! The master bedroom normally has a queen size bed and the other bedrooms either have double or twin beds.
The outside area has patio furniture for you to relax on and of course the swimming pool. These can be heated (not June - Sept) which must be requested at the time of reservation.

There’s a huge range available, right up to seven bedroom villas – larger by request! You’ll be located in a residential estate, within easy reach of the theme parks, with many overlooking beautiful ponds, lakes, or golf courses.
Many of these villas are in gated communities for added security, and many have the advantage of a range of communal facilities, including children's playgrounds, barbecue areas, games rooms and tennis courts. You’ll have your own private swimming pool with an extra large expanse of pool area in these Executive Plus villas. Some have games rooms and spas, and all have at least two bathrooms.
Disney Area A la Carte Villas – Florida
Each home is privately owned and decorated to the highest of standards and offers a mid week clean as well as a welcome pack upon arrival. Pool heating is also included in the rate during the winter period.
The ‘a la carte’ standard homes feature superior appearance, higher quality furniture, two master suites with en suite bathroom, two living areas/lounges, TV and video or DVD in one of the master bedrooms, a minimum of two DVDs or videos, and are located in a gated or guarded sub-division. The homes also have two of the following: views of a golf course, conservation area or lake, and a spa or hot tub, games room, resort style facilities such as exercise room, communal pool and spa/club house.
