Emerald Island is a community of posh villas located four miles from Walt Disney World, and minutes from Kissimmee, with its large variety of restaurants, bars and shops. All of these town homes are on two levels and have either three or four bedrooms. All the amenities you might need are provided: fully equipped kitchen, with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, all utensils, crockery and cutlery, towels and linen, to washing machine and dryer to name just a few.

The bedrooms have at least one master with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, the other bedrooms have either double or twin size beds and share the additional bathroom. The lounge and dining area on the lower level look over the furnished patio area with views of the conservation area or the resort itself.Encircled by woodlands and wetlands, Emerald Island is a ‘land island’ in the middle of a sea of lush vegetation. The winding, palm-lined road that leads you here provides a dramatic sense of arrival. Once inside, you are surrounded by a conservation area of over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community.
