Just North of Tampa and only 2.5 hours drive from Orlando Large number of homes in well planned and stylishly laid out communities Ideal for the first time visitor who wants a nice modern home with a pool at a low rental price giving superb value for money. Quiet area with little man - made entertainment, but with no shortage of Mc Donald’s, Popeye’s, Burger King, Ponderosa restaurants or jeans and sneaker shops and outlet malls such as you find in Orlando.

The homes have either three, four, five or six bedrooms and at least two full bathrooms, one being ensuite to the master bedroom. Each is fully equipped featuring a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all glassware, crockery, all linens and towels. They are either one or two storey and have a minimum of one lounge and living area with the larger homes having two lounge areas, with cable TV, with DVD or video player and one other TV in the master bedroom. The master bedroom normally has a queen size bed and the other bedrooms either have double or twin beds in.

The outside area has patio furniture and of course the swimming pool. These can be heated (not June - Sept) which must be requested at the time of reservation.
