Hurghada is known for its crystal clear water, untouched reefs and a multitude of shipwrecks and has become known as one of the world’s best diving resorts. The hotel is set in beautifully landscaped grounds and overlooks the environmentally protected Red Sea. Accommodation The resort comprises 262 standard rooms separated into 13 buildings. Nine buildings are low-rise two-level and four of which are low-rise three-level. All rooms are tastefully decorated and have private bathrooms, satellite TV with music channels, mini bar and air conditioning. Each room also has a private balcony or terrace overlooking either the sea or the pool. All Inclusive Food & Drinks The Main Restaurant Lotus offers Breakfast (07:00-10:00), Lunch (12:30-14:30) and Dinner (18:30-21:30) served in the rich buffet style & the Golden Sand Italian A’ La Carte Restaurant offers spaghetti between 15:00-16:00 with locally produced beer, wine and soft drinks. There are 4 bars available for AI clients offering various locally produced alcoholic drinks including local beer and wine, soft drinks, tea, coffee and water: the Lobby bar (10:00-24:00), the Pool Bar (10:00-18:00), Beach Bar serving only soft drinks, (10:00-17:00) and the El Khan Terrace (12:00-24:00). The Pool Bar serves various cold Snacks in the morning and afternoon. Soft drinks are also available from the mini-bar in the guest rooms. There is never a boring moment at the Reemyvera as there are many activities to choose from. For tennis enthusiasts there are 3 hard courts available in the daytime. There are also squash courts, beach volley and swimming pools. A variety of water sports are on offer at the Aqua Centre including, diving, snorkelling and windsurfing all of which are supervised by Internationally acclaimed windsurf and diving clubs. The Spa & Fitness Centre offers an extensive range of facilities and services including an indoor sauna, Jacuzzi, massage and state-of-the-art equipment to cater for every level of fitness. Chargeable Extras All drinks at the disco are chargeable. Facilities & Services There is a shopping arcade in the resorts lobby with speciality shops such as a bookshop, jewellery shop, perfumes and a beauty salon. Other services include a once daily housekeeping service, 24hr room service, safety deposit boxes in the lobby ($3 per week) and a kids club offering animation everyday except Thursday. Entry Requirements On entry into Egypt, you must obtain a visitors visa at the port of entry, the fee is £10 (subject to change). Sharm El Sheikh is considered a free zone, due to being located in the Sinai Peninsula. Travel on excursions outside the peninsula, the visitor’s visa is a requirement. We recommend that you see your Medhotels rep on arrival, and they will assist you with obtaining the visa. Board Types
