Upon arrival you receive AI bracelet that will allow you to take the advantage of the food, drinks, sport and entertainment free of charge. The main restaurant The White Hall is specialized in international & oriental buffets. Enjoy your meals in the White Hall Restaurant, Taverna or the terrace. Breakfast is served 07.00-10.00 and late breakfast between 10.00-11.00 in the White Hall. For lunch you can try the snacks from the White Hall 13.30-14.30 and at the terrace 14.30-16.00. A buffet is served at the beach Taverna 12.30-15.00. Dinner is served at the White Hall from 18.30-21.30. Late night snacks are offered twice a week in the lobby bar 23.00-24.00. Coffee and Tea is served in the afternoons between 16.00-17.00 in the lobby bar. Free ice creams for children between 12.00 and 20.00. Free drinks are served from 10.00-24.00. There are four bars open for the all-inclusive guests; Terrace Bar 10.00-18.00 and 19.00-23.00, Pool Bar 10.00-18.00, Lobby Bar 18.00-24.00 and the Taverna Bar 10.00-17.00.

For sport and relaxation the hotel offers two big swimming pools for adults and one for children, surrounded by wide terraces. The resort has the unique huge aqua blue park with 4 paths 120 meters each. It is considered the largest Water Park in Hurghada where people enjoy sliding in the sparkling water and the sunshine. The slides can be used between 10.00-18.00. Children ages 4-12 can join the Primakids Club, where qualified staff will take care of them. There is a health club, which includes a fitness room and an indoor swimming pool operating between 09.00-21.00. The Primasol Active Team is arranging activities and events during the week such as shows and aerobics. There are three tennis courts, mini golf and football available at the Primasol Beach Albatros free of charge. Here can you also enjoy yourself at the Manhattan disco, offering shows and music during the week.

There is laundry service, doctor visits - as well as 24 hour on call service though the reception, reservations for massage can be arranged at the health club. At the Primasol Beach Albatros the facilities of diving center, surfing, snorkeling and other water sports are availabe with extra charge.
Entry Requirements
On entry into Egypt, you must obtain a visitors visa at the port of entry, the fee is £10 (subject to change). Sharm El Sheikh is considered a free zone, due to being located in the Sinai Peninsula. Travel on excursions outside the peninsula, the visitor’s visa is a requirement. We recommend that you see your Medhotels rep on arrival, and they will assist you with obtaining the visa.
