The Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh is located 17km from Hurgharda and the hotel is located directly on the sandy beach. Sahl Hasheesh is one of the most famous diving spots on the Red Sea and it is renound for its rich corals and untouched beaches, making it the ideal land and water resort.

Please note that the Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh undergoes some renovation works (painting & furnishings) at several areas; rooms, villas, second main restaurant, second big pool with water slides, second kids pool with water slides, second additional pool bar, second snacks bar restaurant and the conference centre. VIP lounge and the disco will be in operation by the beginning of Oct 07 & Nov 07, accordingly, while waterslides by mid of September 07. Rooms will have its glass windows covered by curtains in order to avoid visual disturbance. All works are estimated to finish by end of December 07. In addition, some construction works take place nearby at the hotels surrounding Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh (from 09:00-18:00) which can be visible from the beach. However, noise disturbance is kept to its minimum and doesn't affect guests' accommodation.

Drinks at the lobby bar before 07:00 & after 24:00, drinks at the disco bar after midnight, billiards, bridge, the convention centre, kids playground, health club, diving & aqua sports centre, tennis courts, sauna, jacuzzi and gymnasium are available at a charge.

Leisure facilities at the hotel include daily live show at the pool area & discotheque and live music at the lobby bar. The international multilingual animation team organizes competitions, games and beach activities.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:30-22:00, three theme nights weekly), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Early breakfast can be taken at the lobby bar from 05:00-07:00 (for early departures/excursions) and late breakfast from 10:00-11:00 at the lobby bar & the pool bar. Also at the disposal of the AI guests are three A la Carte restaurants operating from 19:00-22:00 (reservation required); Asian, Lebanese, Sea Food (some items against charge). There is a kid's corner at the main restaurant from 17:45-18:30. Snacks such as grill, sandwiches, pasta & pizza are available between 12:00 & 15:00 at the pool snack bar, hot dog, hamburger & pasta at the beach bar (12:00-15;00), while at the lobby bar soup is served daily from 11:00-00:00 and midnight snacks from 23:00-00:00. Coffee time with cake is from 15:00-17:00 at the lobby bar and the pool snack bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at the lobby bar (07:00-24:00), the beach bar (10:00-sunset) and the pool bar (10:00-sunset) (both only weather permitted during winter) and at the disco bar (22:30-24:00).

There are 500 rooms (twin and family) all equipped with a telephone, satellite/cable TV, mini bar, air-conditioning with a view overlooking the sea.
