Accommodation
The Golden 5 Resort has a total of 520 rooms and is the larger of the hotels (guest staying here will be on half board basis). The Al Mas Palace has 276 rooms in total (guests staying here will be on All Inclusive basis). The rooms are decorated with care and taste and equipped with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, mini bar, hairdryer, satellite TV and a safety deposit box.
Food & Beverage
The Panorama restaurant is serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, all in buffet. Luch time at Al Mas Beach Bar & Diamond Beach Bar.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-22:00), all buffet style, served in the Panorama restaurant of the Al Mas hotel. During meals soft drinks, mineral water, local hard liqueur, local beer & wine are offered. Delicious snacks such as pizza, pasta, BBQ, potatoes and salads are offered daily at the beach bar between 12:00 & 15:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like wine, beer, spirits (whisky, gin, vodka, rum, brandy), soft drinks, coffee, tea and mineral water are available at the stylish Sinai Bar (10:00-24:00), the beach bar (10:00-18:00) and at the Diamond pool bar (10:00-18:00).
Sports & Leisure
There are a huge amount of activities to choose from in the resort for all ages and preferences. These include 3 inter-connecting swimming pools with children’s pools, a water-sports and diving centre, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball. There is also a health club with a gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, aerobics and massage, table tennis, billiards and video games.
All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment
Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis (an hour per week/room between 08:00 & 15:00) or billiards (an hour per week/room between 08:00-24:00), fitness centre (09:00-20:00) and various entertainment programmes organised daily such as dancing fountain show or beesh oriental show.
Chargeable Extras
Tennis equipment, dinning in one of the rest of the restaurants within the complex as well as use of the lobby bar of Al Mas hotel apply an extra charge.

Entry Requirements
On entry into Egypt, you must obtain a visitors visa at the port of entry, the fee is £10 (subject to change). Sharm El Sheikh is considered a free zone, due to being located in the Sinai Peninsula. Travel on excursions outside the peninsula, the visitor’s visa is a requirement. We recommend that you see your Medhotels rep on arrival, and they will assist you with obtaining the visa.
