The hotel Victoria is a colonial style hotel built in the beginning of the twentieth century in Central Cairo. It is within walking distance to major tourist attractions. Accommodation The comfortable 90 rooms are all individually furnished. There are 72 double rooms and 18 single rooms; all are equipped with private bathroom, telephone and satellite TV. The air-conditioning is centrally controlled.
Food & Beverage The Victoria’s main restaurant offers a buffet breakfast and an a la carte dinner. You can enjoy your drink or refreshment at the bar, the coffee shop or the internet café.
Facilities & Services
The hotel has its own private garden. It provides its guests with laundry and internet services (the latter in the internet café). There are also a hairdresser, a bank and a travel desk for your convenience. Several excursions are organized or facilitated by the hotel.
Entry Requirements On entry into Egypt, you must obtain a visitors visa at the port of entry, the fee is £10 (subject to change). Sharm El Sheikh is considered a free zone, due to being located in the Sinai Peninsula. Travel on excursions outside the peninsula, the visitor’s visa is a requirement. We recommend that you see your Medhotels rep on arrival, and they will assist you with obtaining the visa.
