The President Hotel is located on the island of Zamalek in between two branches of the river Nile crossing Cairo. It is one of the greenest and quietest areas in Cairo. Entry Requirements
On entry into Egypt, you must obtain a visitors visa at the port of entry, the fee is GBP 10 (subject to change). Sharm El Sheikh is considered a free zone, due to being located in the Sinai Peninsula. Travel on excursions outside the peninsula, the visitor's visa is a requirement. We recommend that you see your Medhotels rep on arrival, and they will assist you with obtaining the visa.
Food & Beverage
The hotel has one of the best gourmet restaurants in Cairo: La Terrasse. Situated on the 11th floor it offer a great views, serving an excellent cuisines prepared with talented chefs. What ever you prefer, Oriental or continental food, the menu offers a wide choice.
Accommodation
For your relaxation, the 117 rooms are really spacious, comfortably furnished with elegance, air conditioning, having their own bathrooms with a bathtub and shower.
