The AI programme consists of full American breakfast with on the spot cooking stations, Continental breakfast (10:00-12:00), lunch (cold & hot appetizers, variety of meats, fish, pizza, pasta, salads and variety of desserts) and dinner (with on the spot cooking stations) all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Special evenings with theme buffet take place twice weekly. At the beach bar guests can have grills & salads (only during summer). Also at the disposal of the AI guests is the Octagon with Italian cuisine, the Phoenican (Mediterranean cuisine) and the New restaurant (pasta, grills & fast food), all upon reservation. Excellent facilities for groups and incentives are available for up to 525 persons theatre style in the Panorama room, which can also accommodate up to 250 persons for dinner. A second conference room, the Megaron, can accommodate up to 200 persons and can be easily divided into 2 equal size rooms (sections Alpha & Beta). A third room, Megaron Gamma has recently been added and can accommodate up to 90 persons, while a new 500q.m. Exhibition Hall was completed in 2006, offering an ideal space of exhibitions and dinners. The St. Raphael marina offices will be very pleased to help guests of the hotel to charter a yacht for a pleasant cruise, either for a few hours, a whole day or for longer trips. They can also organise day time or night time fishing trips, enabling guests to have the experience of catching their own delicious fish for dinner.
