Playaolid Apartments was constructed in 1989 and partially renovated in 2003/04. It is the ideal complex of ample modern apartments, well located to enjoy a few days of unforgettable holidays in the cosmopolitan zone of Costa Adeje in a calm atmosphere, but with all the possibilities of leisure, sport and other activities. Only 700 meters from the beaches of Torviscas and Fañabé and near to different shopping centres and two 18 hole golf courses, sportive harbour, Aqua Park and Sky Park.
The 183 apartments are recently renovated with the best facilities you would expect from a three keys category lodging. The one bedroom apartments can house a maximum of three adults plus one child. They are comprised of a bedroom a dining/living room, a kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, toaster and kettle, a complete bathroom and a terrace. There are two beds in the main bedroom, a telephone, television (on request) and a strongbox (for rent). Baby cots are available on request and will count as one person in the room and not in addition to the maximum occupancy.

The spectacular caldera that is filled with waters to the east of the Roque Abinque, the hung dragon trees of the cliffs, or the hygrophilous vegetation, and so many other points of interest. The Caldera del Rey, near the urbanizations of the Américas, where a special microclimate even existed. Other protected natural spaces are the Cliffs of Adeje, the precipice of Erques and the coastal cliffs, as well as a sector of Forest Corona.

Useful Information on Distances
Airport Queen Sofia in the south of Tenerife is eighteen kilometres from this unit and the town centre is just a kilometre away. The nearest beach is only 700m close. There are a bus stop at 200m and a medical centre at 400m. The golfing courses of Las Americas and Costa Adeje are five and ten minutes away respectively.
