Accommodation
There are 225 spacious bungalows-apartments (20 with two bed-rooms and 205 with one) are distributed over an area of 34.000sqm. All bungalows-apartments are equipped safety deposit facility (local charge), TV is on a pay to view system, telephone is only on a room to room basis, kitchenette with cooking rings and a fridge, a bathroom and a balcony or terrace.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (18:00-20:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals mineral water, soft drinks, beer and wine are offered. Children are taken care of well, enjoying ice cream and drinks all day round. Snacks such as hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches and potatoes are available at the snack bar between 10:30 & 23:30. Coffee & tea time with cakes is from 16:00-17:00. Unlimited selection of locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks and water is available from 10:30-23:30 at the Salon bar (18:00-23:30), the pool bar Loma (10:30-23:30) and at the Cero pool bar (10:30-18:00).
All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment
Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis, squash, table-tennis (equipment available), 5 a side football, darts, billiards, aerobics (local charge applies on selected sports). Various evening entertainment shows with traditional folklore and live music as well as full animation programme with many competitions for children at the playground are also available.

The Hotel offers a 24 hour reception (money exchange, medical service, taxi service, mini market), private parking, restaurant (buffet), several bars, coin-laundry. Daily mini club organised by local entertainers and highchairs available in the restaurant, three swimming pools for adults and two separate ones for children, garden areas and various terraces with sun lounges (free of charge) that will guarantee you a relaxing holiday. In the centre of Puerto del Carmen you will find lots of bars, cafes and discotheques.
Useful Information
There are restaurants, bars, supermarket and shops within 500m. The shuttle bus takes guests to the beach three times a day, at no charge. Unfortunately the hillside location of this complex may be unsuitable for customers with walking difficulties. Check in (14:00) - Check out (12:00).
