This completely refurbished resort offers new spacious rooms located in low white buildings, which are typical on the island of Lanzarote. As well as being ideal for couples and families, the hotel is also becoming popular with sports clubs due to the excellent facilities found on-site. The Hotetur Lanzarote Bay Suites & Spa offers a full range of sun, fun and sport. It is situated just 300m from the beach, 1.5 km from the city centre, 1.5 km from Costa Teguise commercial centre and 15km from the International airport.

At Hotetur Lanzarote Bay guests will find a wide selection of activities and services for guests to enjoy the best vacations ever in Lanzarote. The sports and leisure facilities include two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, wide solarium area with sunbeds, water polo, massage and body treatments (payable locally), table tennis and billiard. The hotels also feature spa area with Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, ice pool, Vichy showers and relaxing area (at a charge), renovated gym with the most up to date machines and fitness area. For the younger members of the family there is a playground and a mini-club.

Sport facilities at the hotel include archery, riffle shooting, football, basketball, tennis, gym (key with deposit), etc, all organized by the animation team. Daily activities in the morning such as sports at the pool area as well as professional shows in the evening (including mini disco, bingo, shows, etc) four times a week are also available. Disco & shows take place from 20:00-24:00. For the AI guests there is a courtesy bus to the beach, free of charge, between 10:00-13:00 & 15:00-17:30.

The hotel offers spacious, completely redesigned rooms. All the rooms renovated and redesigned with the latest furnishings in a modern, up to date way and decorated in a minimalist style. They are all equipped with air conditioning, safe box (additional charge), private bathroom with completely renovated shower, living room with one double sofa bed, armchairs, side table and dining table, telephone, satellite flat TV (per pay) and a balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture. Baby cots are available on request and will count as one person in the room and not in addition to the maximum occupancy.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:00), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (W:18:30-21:00, S:19:00-22:00), all buffet style with international cuisine, served in the main restaurant (Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Spanish & Canarian cuisine). During meals mineral water, soft drinks, beer, wine and juices are offered. Snacks such as burgers, sausages, salads, chips potatoes, ice cream, etc are available between 09:30 & 23:30. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like cocktails, whiskey, brandy, soft drinks, mineral water, juices, coffee, etc are served from 08:00-23:30 at selected bars.

The local area of Costa Teguise also provides many opportunities for water sports especially windsurfing, kite surfing, sailing, cycling and diving. The hotel is also situated close to the only golf course found on the island. An excursion to the national park of Timanfaya, with its volcanic lunar landscape, shows why this island is so special.
