The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Maspalomas. The main focal point of the Maspalomas area is the spectacular Sahara like sand Dunes 2500m away, which are the back drop to the vast sandy beach. Neighbouring resort Playa Del Ingles is only a short journey away, making it the best of both worlds for those seeking a more relaxing holiday. There is a main commercial centre with a good selection of bars, restaurants, shops and there are also two water parks, a funfair and a 18 hole golf course.

Please note that from the 1st November 2008 and for about two months - from 08:00-18:00 - the two squash courts and one tennis court will be out of use as they will be remodeled to provide four paddle courts. Some noise will be caused as work involves some drilling and diggers. Areas affected are the pool area, the gardens and some rooms. The dust level will be high at times too.

Facilities at the hotel include six days a week, day & night, animation programme, games & activities (special dedication to the children), darts, table tennis, rifle shooting, beach volleyball, petanca, children's playground, sea-water swimming pool between 09:00 & 20:00 (heated in winter), sunbeds & parasols and children's swimming pool. Medical service (24 hours), free bus to the beach and parking area are also available.
Accommodation
The complex of comfortable duplex 2-storey bungalows with one twin bedroom, sitting room with sofa bed, kitchenette, fridge, cooking rings, metered satellite TV (payable locally), bathroom/WC, and furnished terrace with small garden. Possibility of lodging for a 3rd person in sofa-bed and safety deposit box (local charge). Bungalows accomodate three adults & a child or two adults & two children. The cleaning service is available 5 days a week, change of towels 3 times a week and change of linen once per week.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:00), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (18:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Snacks such as hamburgers, sausages, fries or ham & cheese sandwiches (rotating menu) are available between 11:00 & 12:00. Coffee time with cakes & pastries is from 16:00-17:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like coffee, tea, chocolate, beer, whiskey, gin, vodka, rum, brandy, wine (red, rose, white), soda, cola, orangeade, lemonade, tonic, juices, sangria, lubumba, cocktails and liqueurs are served at the pool bar from 11:00-23:00.
