Palma Nova Hotels -  Perfect for Families

Just up the coast from Magaluf is Palma Nova, and this resort is far more suitable for families.  Its has an excellent beach and is very good for shopping.  The restaurants and accommodation are generally a higher standard here too.  This is a great place to stay if you want peace and quiet during the daytime, but want to be close to all the main action.  Although it doesn't have the same booming nightlife as Magaluf,  it has several trendy bars and plenty of evening entertainment.  Magaluf is only a few minutes away in a taxi if you fancy a big night out.  We have Palma Nova Hotels to suit every budget.

Hotels in Palma Nova -  Great Accommodation

The hotels and apartments are generally a better standard than you find in Magaluf.  The resort is more family orientated and slightly more upmarket.  Most people come here to relax rather than party all night, so the accommodation is usually very good.  The Palma Nova Palace is an excellent 4 star option, and it has some very good facilities.  Its also a great place to go all inclusive, as the food is very good there.

Palma Nova Hotels -  Budget Options

The 3 star hotels are usually very good here.  They all have very good locations, and all the facilities you would expect from a decent hotel.  There are plenty of cheap 3 star hotels in Palma Nova to choose from.  Recommended accommodation includes Hotel Hawaii, Mimosa Park and Hoteur Vistanova.  These hotels are very family friendly.  The Sol Lunamar and Palma Nova Hotel provide excellent 3 star options too.

All Inclusive Palma Nova -  Perfect for Families            

Palma Nova is one of the most popular resorts on a Majorca holiday. Palma Nova is on the west of the Bay of Palma, next to Magaluf. It’s quieter here than Magaluf though, and a better choice for families. There are three beaches in Palma Nova which are lovely and wide.  They very rarely get crowded. There’s a promenade running along behind them and plenty of cafes and bars to retreat to from the sun and the shallow clear water. 

All Inclusive Palma Nova -  A Traditional Resort

There’s plenty of English food available, but fortunately some Spanish charm has remained.  You can eat traditionally here too.  This is a great resort for high quality restaurants.  The hotels are mostly better for relaxating than those in Magaluf.  The bars and clubs of Magaluf are very nearby though, so you'll never need to worry about a lack of nightlife.

Palma Nova Holidays -  Great Attractions

One of the main attractions in this resort is the main beach.  Its a long stretch of beautiful golden sands, and the sea is perfect for swimming.  Palma Nova Beach is also quieter and less crowded than the beach in Magaluf.  Another great attraction is the shopping.  There's a long row of shops opposite the beach, and its easy to find a bargain.  There are some great local markets too.  Palma Nova Holidays are a great choice for families.

Palma Nova Flights -  Budget Airlines

Many budget airlines fly to Majorca, including Easyjet and Ryanair.  Cheap flights are available throughout the year, but we recommend booking early to get the best prices.  Flights take around 2 hours from most UK airports.

Flights to Palma Nova -  Airport Transfers

Palma Nova is just 16 miles away from Palma International Airport.  This means roughly a 30 minute drive to your hotel.  We can arrange cheap return coach transfers, or you can pay for a private taxi when you get there.  We can also arrange low cost car hire.
